Interior Detailing FAQs

Can you remove stains from seats and carpets?

Additional stain treatment is part of our Level 2 — Mini Detail and Level 3 — Full Detail packages, and Full Detail adds steam cleaning or light extraction where appropriate. Set-in dye or chemical stains can't always be removed completely, and we'll tell you honestly before we start.

Do you handle pet hair, sand or heavy buildup?

Yes. Heavy stains, excessive pet hair, and severe buildup may require an additional charge. Any extra charge must be discussed with the customer before work begins.

Do I need to empty the car first?

Please remove personal belongings (including the trunk) before your appointment so we can clean every area. We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Can you remove pet hair and odors?

Yes — as add-ons. Pet Hair Removal starts at $30; additional charges may apply for excessive or deeply embedded hair. Odor Treatment starts at $50; severe smoke or persistent odors may require additional treatment.

How often should I get the interior detailed?

Most daily drivers look their best with a full detail every few months and maintenance in between. Ask about our Maintenance Memberships — bi-weekly, monthly or unlimited, billed monthly.
