How long does a full detail take?
About 1.5 hours for the Essential Detail, 2.5 hours for the Pristine Detail and around 5 hours for the Showroom Detail with paint correction. Interior-only details run 2–3 hours and exterior details 45–60 minutes.
Do I need to provide water or power for mobile service?
No. We bring our own water and power, so all you do is hand us the keys. A driveway, garage or office parking spot with room to work is all we need.
Ceramic coating vs. wax — which should I get?
Wax lasts a few months and is included in our exterior details. A ceramic coating bonds to the paint and protects for years with a deeper gloss — best after paint correction. Ask us and we'll recommend based on how you use the car.
How often should I detail my car?
A deep clean every 3–6 months keeps most daily drivers looking new, with a maintenance wash in between. Our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans make that easy.
Do you handle pet hair, sand or smoke odor?
Yes. Heavy pet hair, sand, stains, smoke or strong odors take extra time and may add a charge — we'll always tell you before doing extra work.
What happens if it rains?
If rain, lightning or unsafe conditions are expected, we reschedule you to the next available date at no charge. Weather rescheduling never counts as a cancellation.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the 25% appointment retainer, which is otherwise applied toward your final total.
What payment methods do you take?
Ask us when you book and we'll confirm the options. A 25% retainer secures your appointment and is applied toward the final service total.
