Do maintenance memberships require a full detail first?

Yes. Maintenance memberships require an initial full detail before enrollment, and maintenance pricing applies to vehicles that are reasonably maintained between visits.

Do I need to provide water or power for mobile service?

No. We bring our own water and power, so all you do is hand us the keys. A driveway, garage or office parking spot with room to work is all we need.

Ceramic coating vs. wax — which should I get?

Level 1 — Basic Detail includes 3-month wax protection, and Level 2 — Mini Detail includes 6–8 month ceramic protection. A ceramic coating package bonds to the paint for longer-lasting gloss and protection — ours are rated for up to one year or up to three years when properly maintained. Ask us and we'll recommend based on how you use the car.

How often should I detail my car?

A full detail every few months keeps most daily drivers looking new, with maintenance visits in between. Maintenance Memberships — bi-weekly, monthly or unlimited, billed monthly from $120 — make that easy.

Do you handle pet hair, odors or heavy buildup?

Yes. Pet Hair Removal starts at $30 and Odor Treatment starts at $50 as add-ons. Excessive dirt, sand, stains, pet hair, trash, or heavy buildup may require an additional charge. Any extra charge must be discussed with the customer before work begins.

What happens if it rains?

If rain, lightning or unsafe conditions are expected, we reschedule you to the next available date at no charge. Weather rescheduling never counts as a cancellation.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the 25% appointment retainer, which is otherwise applied toward your final total.

What payment methods do you take?

Ask us when you book and we'll confirm the options. A 25% retainer secures your appointment and is applied toward the final service total.
